Students prepared a performance, linking the strong visual message of the sculpture “Rebirth” to the theme of the World Day on child labour in areas affected by conflicts and disasters.

They read out messages from children in Syria, Uganda, Myanmar and the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as their own message to the world on this important occasion.

Their performance ended with a symbolic joining of hands, showing the “Rebirth” symbol and bringing home the message that we all need to work together to end child labour.

A student from the International School prepared a graphic on the sculpture and the World Day theme.
