Innovation for a future of work

The ILO will increase the technical and policy capacity to respond to the transformations taking place in the world of work through innovation initiatives that enhance the capacity of the ILO and its constituents to anticipate and understand the transformations taking place and to develop, prototype, test and scale innovative solutions (products or services) to the policy challenges ahead, as well as improve the way in which services are provided to constituents and intervention models.
In the biennium 2020–21, the ILO will prioritize four initiatives to accelerate the development of innovative solutions (products, services and intervention models).
